6 Muslim Team leaders arrested for alleged harassing Hindu women in Nashik TCS

6 Muslim Team leaders are arrested after 8 women police officers attended the office meeting in the disguise of office employees and wandered around the office to observe and catch the culprits red handed. All 6 were alleged to have targetted hindus who report to them at TCS Bpo wing in Nashik. Harassing and insulting Hindu culture, sexually abusing hindu women, molesting infront of other team members, converting religions etc were observed in this office as per the police complaints. Popularly labelled as ” Nashik Job Jihad ” has created sensation in the country as the company is identified as the giant IT firm TCS ( Tata consultancy services ) .
All 6 arrested were identified as Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, Shah Rukh Qureshi, Raza Memon, and Tausif Attar.

8 Women and one man dared to file a complaint with the local police with possible evidences and history. Stalking Hindu women, forcing them to eat beef and perform namaz, converting one girl in to muslim ( Parents filed the case ) , molesting infront of the fellow team members etc were part of the cases filed.
Surprisingly the Human resources department manager was also from the muslim community who reportedly ignored all the complaints and claimed they are common in corporate.
Ms. Nida Khan (HR) was also Arrested for failing to act on complaints and violating POSH guidelines.
A Special Investigation Team (SIT) is now probing a potential larger racket to find who are funding the accused. Nashik Police are urging more victims to come forward. WhatsApp: 9923323311.

Failure of HR departments ?
HR Nida Khan was also identified as a Muslim person . Who is known to give reckless responses to the complaints by the employees and often violating the POSH guidelines.
However, the question is What is the HR Manager / HR higher officials doing ?
The HR officials in the Corporate companies are often known to side with the Powerful groups in the operations.
6 Team leaders from same community in one department ?
This shows how non diversified the work place is and how the Hindus are crushed and not allowed to grow.
There is a rising concern at the work places about the diversity. Often the companies are found to have dominated by one of two communities and the demography doesnt reflect with the state census.
There are several BPO companies where the management is filled either by the North Indian diaspora or minority communities and they pay little attention to these things and ignore.
There were two Love Jihad cases filed in Hyderabad BPOs recently and the rise of these issues from BPOs question the safety of the work place.
