Bandi Sanjay questions why shops and hotels are allowed late night during Ramazan

The BJP state president of Telangana and Karimnagar MP had questioned in a public meeting about the special treatment being given to one section of community and their businesses during the Ramazan period and why not the same during other festivals. It is often witnessed in Hyderabad and that too in old city areas like Mehidipatnam to Charminar and Pahadi Sharif that most of the food stalls, restaurants, Tea points, Cafes and other businesses are kept open till late night.

It is also a familiar aspect that if one wants food , tea or cigarettes in any point of the night in areas like Punjagutta, Jeedimetla , Shapurnagar, Balanagar etc, one would find the restaurant of a particular community which would be opened through out the night generally. Entire youth is aware that they get smoke or Pan masala or even Briyani during any time of the night in these Food courts run by a particular community. Police department which mocks small business owners and normal public if seen on roads after 11 PM turn nelson eye on these sort of food courts run through out the night via back door.

The Pan Shops associated with these restaurants are also opened late night.

The BJP state president questions on the same aspect as why this discrimination on other communities.

The Triple Riding is allowed , all shops and food courts will be opened now through out the Ramazan period but during Dussehra and Diwali times, the Labours who work till evening would want to go for shopping in the night but they will not be given a chance and the shops would be force closed and public are not allowed to be found walking on the roads after 11 PM.

It is not the first time that Karimnagar MP had questioned the BRS party’s Muslim appeasement politics. He also raised voice agains government’s approach in Bhainsa’s riots too.
