Hetero Parthasarathy gets shock from Court in Land allocation for ultra cheap price.

Telangana court had questioned the government for allocating the Land worth hundreds of crores to the organisation run by Hetero Parthasarathy . The 15 acres land at Khanamet in Sherlingampally was allocated to the Sai Sindhu Foundation for a mere 1.5 lakh rupees per year on lease. This was allotted based on how Basava Tharakam Cancer hospital was given on lease by the then government in 1989 for 50k rupees for the whole 7.5 acres adding 5% on it every year as lease fee.

Court questioned as how the most expensive Land was allotted to the organisation which can fetch thousands of crores to the government. The Petitioners Dr. Urmila Pingle, Advocate Suresh Kumar mmentioned that the same Land can fetch 1000 crores + to the government in auction sale and around 5000 crores if leased for decades.

It is to be noted that Mr. Reddy is now a Rajya Sabha member from the BRS party and the oppositions and criticists have questioned the Quid pro co in this deal to the government big heads.

The Media journalists have questioned , if this is how the KCR is gaining wealth to fund all the parties across the country for the upcoming parliament elections as mentioned by the Rajdeep Sardesai.
