Who is Twitter Tillu ? Why is he trending?

Twitter Trending is trending on twitter today and the entire India is confused what is it all about and who is being referred as it. However, Some sections of Telangana state are comfortably sitting at homes ( Probably sipping their favourite weekend drink ) and enjoying this trending with Memes as most of the Telangana state is aware who that is. Trending of Twitter Tillu #twitter tillu had unfortunately a huge embarassment for the TRS party.

Telangana state opposition politicians and media personal have started addressing the son of chief minister Mr. Kalvakuntra Taraka Rama rao alias KTR as ” Twitter Tillu “. The Renowned Journalist ” Teenmaar Mallanna” is probably the person who coined this term for the KTR alleging him to work only on twitter or more of pretending to work on twitter but not being effective on the ground levels in his professional capacity.

For ex : Teenmaar Mallanna highlighted the issue of KTR tweet on ” requesting Netizens to suggest about the good OTT content ” when the entire state of Telangana is struggling in Floods and Rains in the first half of July 2022. He satirically called him ” Twitter Tillu “.

Along with him, Revanth Reddy the congress state president, BJP MP ” D. Arvind ” , Journalist of Tolivelugu Mr. Raghu are the others who frequently used the term ” Twitter tillu ” to describe the behaviour of KTR as only being active on twitter but not in reality.

So what made #TwitterTillu to trend today ?

KTR has been very aggressive on twitter now a days to criticize Narendra Modi and his party BJP. He tweeted many questions in order to prove his point of BJP being Very poor performing interms of GDP or showing discrimination on southern states – infact Telangana etc..

Part of it, today he tweeted ” Nupur Sharma” incident and called it Shameful. For which Famous Columnist and editor : Anand Ranganathan replied in his own way.

A series of Tweets were exchanged between KTR and Ranganathan highlighting the failures of BJP by KTR and failures of TRS by Anand.

KTR really had no need to stoop down to a level to play twitter war with a Mere Columnist or a professor as he is almost a deputy chief of a ruling party in one of the richest Indian states. Just could be another bad Day for KTR, he left with embarassments as he was compared with Rahul Gandhi and Comedy Star in David Dhawan movies.

The BJP social media wing and TRS youth ( Telangana Youth are mostly upset with current government ) made the best use of this moment and ensured #twitter Tillu is trending on twitter for the day.

It was Timesofindia , which highlighted Twitter tillu tag on July 23 when Bandi Sanjay used it one of his tweets indirectly referring to KTR.
