BRS Minister Niranjan Reddy alleged to have encroached Krishna River too to extend his farm house

BRS minister Niranjan Reddy has been in the lime light for wrong reasons this past week. BJP MLA ” Raghunandan Rao” in an exclusive press meet alleged that the Agricultural minister of Telangana had bought 80 Acres of land on his name but encroached over 160 acres of land and that too of Krishna River. BJP MLA also alleged that part of the land was also an assigned land given to the ST community farmers in the past. BRS Minister Niranjan reddy land scams have been talk of the state as the alleged encroachment also consumed part of the Krishna River .

The Official Registered land is of 80 acres but the compound wall was built for 180 acres ” stated ” Raghunandan Rao .

We have used technology to measure the land of Minister , verified the records and figured out that the compound wall was built for over 180 acres and the land encroachment lead to part of the Krishna River. A 6 Feet tall wall was built in the river land and it was levelled to the agriculture land by filling with Mud and Sand , Alleged Dubbaka MLA Raghunandan Rao.

Journalist Raghu of Mana Toli velugu had reached the spot to validate the allegations. Few of the locals gathered to provide the details of the encroachment . The Farm house had huge Palm oil plantations and cattle shed. However, the manager of the Farm house only showed the documents of 80 acres and said the land is on the name of the minister’s daughters who residen in America and it is their property.

Locals explained that part of the land belongs to the Srisailam back water project land and most of the land get submerged during the rainy season when the Srisailam Project gets swollen due to upstream floods.

Journalist Raghu reported that some of the presented land documents prove that part of the land belongs to the assigned lands and part of it is actually the left over of land pool collected for Srisailam back water project.

The BJP MLA also alleged that huge subsidies and loans were claimed for the agriculture projects from government .

Why no enquiry on Agriculture minister Land scam ?

BJP MLA expressed a doubt in the press meet that KCR might not show interest in probing the land scam allegations on the Minister Niranjan reddy as he belongs to upper caste and not the Backward or Scheduled caste.

He questioned, Will KCR take action like taken against the former ministers like Etela Rajender and Thatikonda Rajaiah who belong to Backward caste an Scheduled castes respectively.
