Hyderabad Mayor Gadwal Family Regularises Premium Land for Super cheap amount.

Hyderabad Mayor Gadwal Lakshmi Family had registered an encroached land worth 30 crores for a dead cheap price of Rs.5.5 lakhs. The 1586 sqyds land in Banjara Hills Road no 12 is worth 30+ crores in the open market and the Mayor has the share of around 425 sq yds as per the Telugu Prime Media house ‘ ABN Andhrya Jyothi “. It is reported that a secret GO released for this land to be offered to Mayor Family for dead cheap price.

59 GO was released by the government of Telangana in which the residents who have earlier encroached the small lands or have no proper registered documents even after living and in position for decades were giving option to regularise it by paying the regularisation amount.

However the reports suggest that this 5.5 lakh rupees for a prime land in Super Posh Banajara Hills is multiple times lesser than the regularistion amount.

It is well known that Mayor Gadwal Vijaya is the daughter of Congress veteran K.Keshava Rao famously known as KK in the political circles. He is currently the BRS party Parliamentary party chairman. His Son Viplav rao is known to have registered an NRI Land and finally finished the process in this way to complete the deal.

As per the reports, the Land Regularisation act under GO 59 also will require the amount of 10 crores to be paid for this land but the officers alleged to remain silent on this matter as city Mayor family is involved in this.

There have been numerous cases of house demolitions in city outskirts which are not regularised under GO 59 in the recent times. Since the GO 59 regularisation amount was little high the public who donot have enough amount on time have failed to apply for regularisations losing the properties.
