The youth of Telangana have heard and read about emergency era of India but they are getting to almost witness to the similar trend in the state. One of the major News channel is banned by the ruling party last week, A popular Youtube news channel had the fate of management being alleged to be sold out. Then, the bigger brutality comes on Sunday afternoon when the popular Media house QMedia run by Journalist Teenmaar Mallanna is attacked by 25+ men who arrived in two SUVs with no number plates.

V6 is Banned by BRS
In the light of Delhi liquor scam which lead to the questioning of KCR’s daughter Kavitha Rao by the Enforcement directorate , the V6 news channel journalist had questioned the son of Chiefminister about the scam in the press meet. The angry KTR the son of chiefminister and the brother of accused Kavitha Rao had replied ” We knew how and when to ban V6 and we will do it soon “. With in 3 days the V6 is officially banned by the ruling BRS party.
Once appreciated and applauded the BRS chief KCR for being transparent in the Telangana movement, V6 has now been banned by the same party for questioning.
V6 has maximum number of viewership in Telangana state and it is known to be presenting news in innovative ways. It did set a trend by presenting the news in Colloquial Language of Telangana and this is now followed by almost all the Telugu news channels. .
Tolivelugu undergoes change in management ( Alleged to be bought over )
Tolivelugu youtube channel is one of the most watched news channel by youth and educated in the state of Telangana with over more than one million subscribers. This was one such news channel which had covered almost all the crimes and scams which were comfortably ignored by the main stream media.
Tolivelugu was reportedly funded and backstaged by the TV9 Raviprakash who was up to the neck on the ruling TRS party all these days after the new management (My home Rameshwar rao and Co ) took over TV9 .
Raviprakash encouraged Journalist Raghu to groom the channel and fight rigorously on KCR and his party. Raghu was successfull in making Tolivelugu a popular news house in the state.
Whether it was Government’s utter failure during Hyderabad floods , Covid times or alleged scams like Phoenix, Kaleshwaram, Land encroachments by My home group, KCR aides, Illegal propertied acquired by Kavitha Rao or the multiple cases of atrocities on women etc… Tolivelugu Raghu was successful in getting the hype for the channel by exposing and questioning about various scams under KCR rule.
However, he walked out middle of his show alleging that he is being forced to change his nature and speak positive about the KCR and his family. He further alleged that TV9 Raviprakash is now changed and he is sold out to KCR family.
Attack on Teenmaar Mallanna’s Qnews office .
The bigger pain in AXX for the Telangana government is the Teenmaar Mallanna and his team. This Journalist ” Mr. Chinthapandu Naveen ” was groomed at V6 during the Telangana movement and he founded a new Youtube channel ” Qnews” which had ripped of the BRS leaders many times in live show. Exposing multiple scams , bringing the victims of Land grabbing to the live shows etc… have done a huge damage to the ruling BRS party. Most of the Telangana jobless youth and supressed youth follow Mr. mallanna who also gave a highly tough times for the BRS candidate in the Graduate MLC polling. He just lost by few votes.
On Sunday , Q News media office was attacked by Goons who are alleged to be the henchemen of BRS minister. Furniture and glass frames were damaged with rods, couple of staff received injuries and female staff underwent trauma. Earlier Brs office was attacked twice and missed the attack once. The Teenmaar Mallanna team was attacked at by Minister Srinivas Goud henchmen in Mahabubnagar and the anchor Sudharshan goud was manhandled.
