KeeluGurram -1949

KeeluGurram -A flying Horse. Movie based on invention of a flying metal horse by three friends who wants to win the cash prize awarded by king to bring back his only daughter who is kidnapped and kept on an island. This movie was made in 1949 , just two years after independence and it became a super hit in Madras state making the Drama state actor Akkineni Nageshwar Rao an overnight star in Telugu cinema. The movie story revolves between kings of Vidharbha and Angha and their kins.

The movie was made in those days with no advanced cameras or equipment. Film makers have presented the movie in black and white in a convincing way when picturising the scenes of queen changing in to Demon and feeding on Elephants and horses in kingdoms, Flying horse etc scenes . Jambalakdi Pamba (1992) – A science fiction comedy thriller

A female sage invents an ayurvedic formulae to change the psychology of men and women making them to behave like each other. Aditya 369 was the name of the time maching invented by scientist ” Tinnu Anand “. The movie is scripted in such a way that the lead actors accidentally go back in the past to Vijayanagara Dynasty and move forward to year 4000+ and both the periods were splendidly captured and explained which are highly convincing.
