Why Uttarpradesh gets majority of Central govt sponsored Educational institutes.

Uttarpradesh is known to be one of the highly backward states in India and often called as Jungle Raj ( Forest rule – generally used to describe lawless lands in India ). The state is not only a hub for poverty and low income but also for communal atrocities ( huge atrocities on both Hindus and Muslims is reported from here ). With the vast population of over 20 Cr , it is not easy for any political party to get complete control over it. The Demography ensured that Muslim backed Yadav Community could rule comfortably for decades until the Saffron party gained the majority in this Hindi speaking state. However, lately it has been part of debate in India as why Uttarpradesh gets majority of the central govt funds and Central government sponsored educational institutes i.e National educational institutes than any other state in India ?

It is already a point of debate in India that most of the central institutes and funds are diverted to few Hindi speaking states of north India where as Maharastra and South india states collectively contribute over 40 % of Revenue to the country. The allocation of funds to Hindi speaking states is every year discussed by public as a biased nature bycentral governments. Whether it is Railway budget , sports, Natural disaster, national schemes or even for that matter, it is alleged that even Central govt companies are established more in Hindi speaking states.

Why Gujrat UP gets 10 times more funds than Telangana and Tamil Nadu? Questioned TRS.

Now lets find out how the education prevails in this Ganga river flowing region. It is agreed that Uttarpradesh is highly backward state in India, but one would be surprised to know that majority of the centrally funded educational institutes for higher education are established in Uttarpradesh only .

Whether it is Congress government ( Gandhis generally contested from Amethi and Raebareilly constituencies of UttarPradesh ) or BJP ( Former Prime minster Mr.Vajpaye and current PM Mr.Modi have contested from UP constituencies) , both the central governments of India have shown huge interest in allocating institutes and funds to this Big Hindi state.

As per the below data, around 37 nationally funded educational institutes are established in Uttarpradesh. Amethi, Raebarelly, Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj etc are the cities which hold majority of the educational institutes. No other Indian state including Gujarat or Maharastra have these many institutes.

No other state has these many Educational institutes. Despite of having somany educational institutes ,UP is still backward and lags behind many Indian states in terms of crime rate, economic development, education, employment ( Huge migration is observed to south states ) and most importantly the common sense.

Reason behind getting so much of Favour from central government ?

• Thanks to the huge population ! There are more than 80 Parliament seats and this strength is the major reason why BJP – the saffron party has come in to the power in the central. Out of 80 MP seats , BJP had won 62 MP seats and that gave almost close to 1/4th of the seats required to form the government.
• Brahmin Caste opportunists : The Brahmins of Uttar Pradesh are the top community of India who grabbed most number of Government jobs. As per an un declared survey, the Uttar Pradesh Brahmins hold majority of the Government jobs in the country. Whether it is UP state government jobs or the centra government jobs like Railways, Central govt funded educational institutes and most importantly majority of the jobs in the National Capital Delhi offices are grabbed by these Hindi speaking Brahmins. Tiwaris, Sharmas, Pandeys , Mishras and Baniyas like Agarwals etc… from Uttarpradesh are the communities which hold most of the government jobs.

The Dominance of UP Brahmins and Baniyas and other OC caste Population of Uttar Pradesh in the National Capital region ( Delhi is near to UP and shares border ) has made communities lobby and get all these educational institutes to the UP region.

No other state Brahmin diaspora is considered as this level lobbyists in India. The states like Karnataka, Gujarat, Telangana has no Brahmin influence in politics or jobs though there is significant number of population.

A.B.Vajpayee the former Prime minister belonged to the Uttar Pradesh region and many institutes were set up and huge funds were diverted to this state during his tenure.

After him, the Gandhis came to power and since they contested from UP constituencies, they sanctioned all the Damn institutes to these UP towns.

It is not a Surprise that the Fashion institute NIFT is also established in Rae Bareilly (Which has nothing to do with Fashion studies and is a very backward town – There are better and advanced cities in India which doesn’t have NIFT campuses but aspiring students )..
