The Kalyan Ram socia fantasy cum time travel movie was released on August 05th and received good response from the Morning shows. Day 1 had almost 65 % occupancy and this is one of the biggest achievement for a bottom range small star like Kalyan Ram who hardly had record collections of appx 2 Cr for his new movie releases on Day 1. The Movie theatrical rights were sold for 13.5 Crores across the country ( Majority got sold in Telugu states only ). It is exciting for Tollywood to see that a movie collection almost half of it’s sold price in just day 1. Bimbisara is expected to recover it’s investment by Monday matinee show and what ever the run it would have would bring huge profits for the distributors, Theatres, Exhibitors and the Producers.

It’s been a while that Tollywood has seen a huge commercial blockbuster ( interms of whole some profit for every stake holder ). Even Mahesh Babu Sarkaru Vaari Paata is known to have missed profits in couple of regions. RRR too was not so satisfying as it was sold at higher price in some regions. Pushpa is known to have suffered in Andhra due to low ticket prices.

But Bimbisara is going to erase all the dullness clouded in the Tollywood due to these pandemic, low ticket prices and top stars delayed projects etc…. Bimbisara is now expected to gross atleast 80 Crores if no other movie gets positive talk in next 2 weeks.

Therefore, now the tollywood Circles are thanking ” King Bimbisara ” for time travelling to revive the struggling Tollywood.

Trade analyst ” Vamsi Kaka ” clearly shared that movie had collected 6.3 Crore of Share on Day1 whereas it was sold for mere 13 Crores only. That means a house full Saturday and Sunday could bring the movie into profit
