Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Call Center / BPO professionals for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls from United States customers and business clients, assist with vehicle documentation, and support order processing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers and business clients.
- Provide accurate information regarding vehicle auctions, orders, and documentation.
- Process vehicle-related documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support order processing and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation and transaction-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and US compliance standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice / US Calling experience (US process preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).
- Experience in BPO / Call Center handling international customers.
- Basic knowledge of documentation handling and order processing is an advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
