Motilal Oswal review must begin with the support team rating based on their service, their skill set in understating and supporting your issue dealing with your hard earned money and the time. Unfortunately, the support team of Motilal Oswal (Sitting some where in Mumbai or gujarat ) is filled with candidates with broken english and complete unprofessionalism. One would be scared to talk for a second doubting if he really called a D-mat service provider or some other local internet office.

10 reasons why Motilal Oswal Customer service is of poor standards.

  1. IVR to begin with :

IVR asks for your telephone number and Client code. No matter how you give it, there is no guarantee that it accepts it.

after trying for three to four times, the IVR will connect you to an agent by asking you to enter the telephone number . The agent who gets connected will again ask for your Telephone number.

2.Customer would get no clarity if it is Motilal support team .

I tried calling this morning get my technical issue sorted out and the person who answered the call replied ” Haa bolo “….. For a moment , I was like where did i land.

No Self Introduction , No Branding of the company while answering the call made me feel that Motilal Oswal is one of the most disgusting and cheap class rated Customer support team in the entire India.

Have you ever called any Big company’s support team where the Employee didnt tell his name or thanked you for calling them for help ?

Most of the companies support teams would atleast say some thing like :

Thank you for calling ________ ! My name is Mr/Ms _____ How can i help you ?

But the Motilal would beging with… Hello bolo sir. or Yes Sir…

had to ask for the name and re confirm if the call is landed in the right place.

2. Complete irresponsible behaviour replying with statements ” I dont know Sir ! “

I dont know sir ! Aap ka Advisor kaun hai ,wo aap ko assist karna chahiye !

The moment I heard about these statements , i could not help myself in anyways.

3. Employe disconnects your call .

Yes , you read it right. The Employee disconnects your call and you dont get the call back. This happens mostly when your solutions requires them to take an extra step in their work process by raising some tickets or asking for help.

4. Low standard , cheap undergraduates hired for call center.

The Customer support team of Motilal is one of the most low standard support team you can ever find. The people speak like road side vendors and give vague answers.

Will not have ability to understand complex issues, cant answer in easy way to make you understand when situation is little tough.

Even if they know the answer, they will have hard time in making you explain.

5. They only Speak broken English and Road side Hindi .

If you are a Hindi speaker, You will hate the awkward Hindi language they use and the utter low standard professionalism in speaking.

If you are a non Hindi speaker , you need struggle with their broken english.

Sorry ! You dont get a Bengali, Telugu , Tamil , Kannada support person . They just cant afford !

High standard – skilled Sales person

When you initially get a call, you would find the sales person as highly skilled and talkative. The caller would also be a local city person who is highly good in skills. But once you become their client, you would be taking the support of a low skill , unprofessional young candidates who really should not be in the industry of Financial services.

6. If you are new , never ever go with Motilal oswal as the agent will not be able to make you understand the terms like Deliver, Margin, EDIS etc…

The support team of financial services must be filled with high knowledged candidates who are good in communicating and with ability of skills in understanding and explaining various issues.

Since the Motilal oswal hired lot of young ( Most sound Nibba Nibbis )
