Vatti Vasanth Kumar passes away

Vatti Vasanth Kumar the Congress veteran had passed away last night in the Apollo Hospital Vizag. Mr. Vasanth Kumar served as Cabinet minister in the governments of K.KiranKumar Reddy and Y.S.Rajasekhar reddy. He kept himself away from Politics after the seperation of Andhra Pradesh from Telangana. Vatti Vasanth kumar was almost leading a retired life after seeing heights of politics and playing key member during the peak stages of Congress rule in Telugu states.

Vatti was a MBA graduate in 1975 and joined Congress party and served inthe same party till the end. He resigned from Congress in 2018 after the national party declared alliance with long time opponent TDP. Mr. Vatti expressed his upset over the alliance that this is an unnatural affair and cant be able to justify and convince the karyakartas.
