Man Questions Kritunga Restuarant for selling Water bottle for more than MRP?

Kritunga Restaurant in Inorbit mall had exposed its filthy and brutal behaviour towards customer for denying giving free water along with the paid food. The Customer was seen asking for water bottle and was charged Rs.50/- which is 10 rupees more than the MRP. Customer Vineel asked about the over charging and the serving employee brutally replied in hasty tone ” take it or not its your wish and tell it any where you want “.

No Monitering of authorities over the rules passed on by the government ?

Government of Telangana passed on an order last month that every restaurant must provide free water to the customers who order food besides selling packed water bottles for MRP only. However, no restaurant in the city is found to be following these orders.

Most of the restaurants do not offer water in jugs or glasses to the customers while serving food. Water must be strictly ordered separately in packed bottle and that would cost you not less than Rs.50 even if the MRP is not that much.

Why are you creating Nuissance ?

The video recording clearly shows the unprofessional attitude of the employees of the restaurant. The customer was labelled as Nuissance creator for asking water . Infact, he was reckelessly asked to go complaint whereever you want .

Mr. Vineel Kumar shared his horrible experience over twitter with GHMC and Commissioner Arvind Kumar but he didnt find any respoonse yet from authorities. probably this is the reason why the restaurant was so confident about violating rules and looting public recklessly.
