Country delight files case on Teenmaar Mallanna

Country delight milk company has filed defamation case on Telangana journalist Teenmaar mallanna and the later had showed the notice documents in the live show. It is well known that Teenmaar mallanna raised many questions on country delight products purity and where the milk is being procured. Mallanna alleged that milk is not being procured from local farms but from far away areas and almost from other states mostly and this is not farm fresh.

Country delight notice to the journalist had the statement that milk is processed and pasteurised and takes longer time before delivery to the customers. On this basis, Country delight agrees that their milk is not Farm Fresh but stored, processed and added chemicals before it gets to customers.

The legal notice to Teenmaar mallanna by Country Delight

The Advocate Sharath Chandra had remarked statements from the notice that the media house didnt enquire about the milk source of country delight and with out asking for info had made baseless comments on the milk production company. However, sharath chandra reminded in the live show that he himself had made calls to customer service in the live show last week on recorded line and the customer representative answered they have the farm at Vkota Chittoor which is 600 miles away from the Hyderabad unit.

There are allegations that Country delight even transport milk from Maharastra and other states to hyderabad. Some of the witnesses also claimed they have seen Nagaland registered vehicles too bringing milk to the Hyderabad country delight center.

What ever may the fact, country delight had taken huge hit on its business in the deccan city and witnessed huge drop in their sales among telugu families due to this fake and misleading publicity.

It has been made clear that Country delight milk is not farm fresh but it is stored, processed and then supplied like various other milk products in the market.
